Introduction to WebCT Vista for UF EDGE

All UF EDGE courses use a course management software called WebCT Vista for course materials. This page will introduce you to the VISTA system and how it works in UF EDGE courses.

Before you login to Vista, we strongly encourage you to visit the Vista support pages at the UF Academic Technologies website.

At the Vista support pages you can (among many other things) read an introduction for students, check the status of the Vista system to see if it is currently performing well, and check your web browser to make sure it will work well with the Vista system.

Vista Login Instructions for UF EDGE Courses

When you are ready to access your course, you can click the 'VISTA Course Login' link on the home page of this site, or you can go right to the e-Learning Support Services site. When you get to the e-Learning Support Services site, first check the status of Vista services, under "Current System Load" in the mid-right of the front page. A high system load may cause your course to load slowly, or to manifest other problems.
